Laser Tag: Saturday, May 2

boys3On Saturday May 2, we’ll be making a return trip to X-Site Laser Tag in Castleton, IN.   Here are the details:

  • Who: The trip is open to any student in grades 6-12
  • When: We will leave the church at 10:15 am on Saturday, May 2, and return at approximately 3:30 pm.
  • How Much: The trip will cost $25 per student which covers transportation, refreshments, 3 games of Laser Tag and arcade tokens.  Students should also bring money for lunch afterward.  We will eat at the Castleton Mall’s food court.
  • REGISTRATION REQUIRED: We have limited space available for this trip and participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Complete and turn in this registration form by Sunday, April 26 to attend. (You will need Adobe’s free Reader to open this.)

  2. 1) Make sure you have Adobe Reader. If you don’t, download and install it from here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

    2) Right click on “reservation form” in the news article above. Select “Save link as” and save the registration form to your computer.

    3) Use Adobe Reader to open and print the registration form.
